Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No. Most customers provide us with a key or garage code. All keys are coded and secured in a locked key safe. They are checked in and out on the day of the cleaning.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Scheduling is flexible. You may select a specific preferred cleaning day.



What form of payment do you accept?

Payment is convenient. We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards, and gift cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

Most of our clients do not need to do anything to prepare for our services. For the safety and health of our team members we do appreciate you securing, and picking up after your pets.

 

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Yes! We are a pet friendly company. All of our team members are animal lovers.

 

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

No, we provide all equipment, tools, and supplies needed to do the required job.

 

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

All of our work is guaranteed! If there is a problem please call us within 24 hours and we will return as soon as possible to ensure our satisfaction.
